Afghanistan Rehabilitation And Women Education OrganizationAfghanistan Rehabilitation And Women Education Organization (ARWEO) is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political and not for profit organization established in 2003 is dedicated to promoting the optimal physical, social and economic development of Afghan children, youth, men, women and persons with disabilities in the dynamic context of Afghanistan through projects that align with the mission of ARWEO and its clients, and the national and international laws and conventions. In the last 17 years, ARWEO has implemented a large number of projects that have included economics reintegration, livelihood and enterprises development, business incubation, job placement, employment and income generation, market assessment and demand, situation assessments and analysis, human resource capital study, business management and technical skills development training, human resource management and development social, economic and institutional development, Health, Capacity Building, Construction, Children & Women rights, Peace Building and Conflict Resolution, Research & Evaluation, Election and Advocacy etc as a main component of the projects and programs and experienced in organizing institutional, occupational and life skills to improve their livelihoods.
ARWEO mission is to contribute to the rehabilitation, support democracy/political process and coordinate progress to the life- saving of humanity by assisting and empowering the suffering community through facilitating them with sustainable solutions and building knowledge and skills development.

Goal and objectivesTo offer help and emergency relief assistance such as food supply, clothing, shelter, medicine and etc. to the vulnerable Afghan families/internally displaced people IDPs and refugees. Improving rehabilitation and economic opportunities for returnees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) Reintegration and inclusion of vulnerable back into their communities so that to avoid their isolation. Employment support for vulnerable people through the provision of vocational trainings, literacy and numeracy courses and other sources. Increasing public awareness through civic education and public awareness sessions Women internship/Fellowship program To develop working capacity of CSOs, CDCs members, government staff and local councils through the Provision of Project Proposal writing, Project Cycle Management training, Need Assessment training, project management training and other trainings in the needed areas. To help negate the conflicts in the local communities through the provision of peace building, conflict resolution and gender training to local Shura, Youth, women, CDC and government staff and other community groups. To help the Afghan government in smooth execution of their policies through raising awareness about government’s role and responsibilities towards its citizens. To help the youth and young generation of the country through improving their skills through them with access to information, internet and capacity development trainings in different needed areas. To contribute to reconstruction and rehabilitation process of Afghanistan through helping the government in the execution of policies and spreading the messages of peace. To raise generic awareness about education for all, men and women and its importance in the development and prosperity of nations.
