ARWEO aims to provide Infrastructure services to persons with disabilities, vulnerable people, and refugees, IDPs, Returnees, orphans, women, men and youth in ARWEO intervention areas. For this purpose ARWEO tries to:

1. Construction of accessible ways (ramps)
2. Construction of Schools
3. Construction of Clinics
4. Construction of Bridges and Road
5. Construction of Transitional and permanent shelters
6. Awareness raising regarding Schools, especially for girls
7. Awareness raising regarding the accessibility ways
8. Construction of Masjid and other religious places (Madrasa..etc)
9. Pre and post KAB (Knowledge, Attitude & Behavior) survey from accessible way users and people in community
