The organization is strengthening youth participation through the CCI-funded Women’s Political and Electoral Participation Project, which covers 3 regional areas including 12 remote districts, and the Strengthening Afghan Women’s Political Rights in Elections project, funded by the Canadian Embassy in 2 provinces. ARWEO has also established strong relationships and connections with members of parliament, provincial councils, relevant government agencies, relevant civil society organizations, and constituents through networking, individual and group meetings, holding several consultation workshops, conferences, and town halls at the national and local levels. These connections and networking can help ARWEO initiate future partnerships, effective programs, and advocacy efforts.
