ARWEO provides training on peacebuilding and conflict resolution to a wide range of stakeholders—including government employees, local councils, civil society organizations, Community Development Councils (CDCs), landowners, mullahs, NGOs, associations, foundations, government departments, community organizations, students (at both high school and university levels), and teachers. This training empowers them to promote peace and resolve conflicts through accessible methods, thereby assisting the Afghan government in minimizing local-level conflicts and bolstering its support base across the provinces.
